A Novel Modular Permanent Magnet-Assisted Synchronous Reluctance Motor

چکیده

This paper proposes a novel modular permanent magnet-assisted synchronous reluctance motor (MPMA-SynRM) structure. The rotor is composed of two types modules that are axially combined. article analyses and explains the combined angle axial assembly different modules. MPMA-SynRM module optimized using differential evolution algorithm space vector diagram established to give torque calculation an analytical expression. Whether there magnetic isolation between rotors analysed, various segment numbers, pole arc coefficients, length ratios used for affect electromagnetic influence MPMA-SynRM's cogging torque. Detailed loss, efficiency, magnet demagnetization state given. no-load back EMF, power factor, eddy current with traditional Nd-Fe-B motors auxiliary compared, prototype made prove performance this motor.
